There is a pillar just opposite my house, i do not know as to why the blasts happen on that pillar every now and then.
We call NDPL no supply helpline, they send technicians and the issue gets resolved but we do not get permanent solution to this.
Ever since summers approached, this problem is happening on daily basis. NDPL can check the complaint logs, M-Block complaints regularly regarding the same to get the permanent solution. Today, on 27/05 Sunday, a blast occurred on the pillar. I lodged a complaint regarding the same. The complaint number is 2002784722. Two technicians came (I would not call them Engineer), i had a word with them. I told him to fix the concern for ever. He very rudely said " Din mai sote rehte ho kya? Kya karte ho? " I told him that we all are working and we have complained regarding the same many a times. He said i can only fix it temporarily for now. Call NDPL helpline in the morning and tell them that some box is required to resolve the issue for good. I understand he told me the procedure to get rid of this problem but is this a way to speak to a customer? And also this is the first time when someone has informed about the box that can fix the problem. Now can i ask you - do u guys sleep during work that it took you so long to tell the solution and when you know how to fix the concern, then what are you waiting for "President's order"?
Please fix the issue as soon as possible and inform.
