Inconvenience caused to commuters at Goregaon West and Malad West stations.

Autorickshaws refuse to ply as per the customers request. This is a daily scene at Goregaon West and malad West stations. Inspite of requests and pleading by the customers, the drivers refuse to oblige. It is extremely inconvenient and the customers are being harassed everyday.

I sincerely hope this issue is sorted out
