13/04 Evening 3.55 pm I hired an Auto riksha from East of saphire tourist homed beside bijus tourist home cannonshed road Cochin. Usually no one is running their Rickshaws by meter in this area. I pay Rs.20 every time from sapphire tourist home to cochin south railway station. But Auto KL07 & Be 5178, charged extra even after i reapeatedly said that rest of the people are charging Rs.20 AUTO Ricksha driver irritating me and my wife in front of Railway station
