Indian Railway booking counter people at Abu Road are corrupt. its a shame when RP is standing right there and not doing anything, all of the counter people including chief ticketing guy. Same at Varanasi station, if you ask any question the railway employee will ignore you and the funny part is when you want to talk to in charge you could hardly understand him because of PAN.
Its a joke, no customer service concept, every body want money, just BRIBE.
