Overcharge and misbehaviou

Charged more

Dear Sir,

I almost everyday travel by auto rickshaw from Andheri to Bhandup. Everyday i am being charged between Rs. 85-95 but today, Autorickshaw driver charged me Rs.200 & was saying that charge due to traffic reason, i do know about charge in trafic it may be near 125Rs.but meter was very fast so i said to him that i daily pay Rs.85-95.also i was ready to pay 150 Rs but he started making argument.misbehaving & did not admit that he is charged more.

I want you to punish him and fine for overcharged to customer.
