Auto rikshaw fare
Fare charged w/o meter in dombivli city, thane

I've read in mah times that 'meter' is compulsory in 'dombivli'. Still I've not seen any rikshaw using meter. From Panchayat Bavdi to Kasturi plaza, dombivli they charge 12/- but for returning they charge 15/-.

Who will consider this complaint? Can you send this to respective authority?
