Nokia5300
Speaker not working

I got a new nokia 5300 in june and when i got it everything was fine.but all of a sudden my speaker stopped working and im not able to hear anything. I'm able to make and receive calls but im not able to listen to music.my phone's volume is at level 10 still am not able to hear anything. When someone calls me my phone doesn't ring it just vibrates.what do i do please help.
