System not working

Hi,

I have submitted the compliant earlier as well not sure if someone is reading this at other end. But very upset with the service I have a home theatre system Model No. DAZ 120K OR DAV 120K not sure either of them facing problem which is hardly 1 year old earlier your engineers told me that IC it gone and they need to replace 3 IC and they charged me good RS. 3500 after that i told them that system is not working properly if i increase the volume some of the speaker stop working, and if i stop and start the system again all the speakers start working but as soon as i increase the volume again front or the other one stop working. So i called the engineer 3 times they told me that there is a problm with my wiring which i got it checked with 3 different electrician and they said everything is fine no fault with my wiring I have used the best wire's. So again i called your engineer But again it was the same case and 4th time when engineer came he agreed that there is a fault with the sound card or may be he said IC or AC whatever it is. He took the system no one called me to tell what is the status everytime i have to call the so called customer service people to follow up on it. And again when they said the system is now working find the IC were not working properly again when your engineer came to install it and he increased the volume the woofer was not working properly the sound started getting disturbed not only woofer but the speaker which have 3 (inbuilt) small speaker also stopped working and your engineer said that you have to replace the speaker which would cost Rs. 5000/- Earlier when i repaired it for the first time the speakers and woofer was working fine till the time they took it away for the 2nd time stating problem with the system IC and when they came to install engineer said woofer coil is burn't. Now can some once explain me how would woofer and speaker coil can be burned when there is no system attached to it for some many days, no one had used that woofer and speaker. May be this time also when they installed the system they didn't work proplery on the system and when they attach to the woofer as there was problem with IC the woofer was unable to take a load and the coil got burn't which was the fault of engineer who didn't repaired it properly. And why should i pay for there mistake. I took this system for RS. 16000/- and have already spent Rs. 3500/- to get it repaired. And mind you again that this home theatre is only 1 year and some months old. Very upset with the service. Also your so called authorised dealers Manager Sushas promised me that would get back to me with resolution on monday which was 13 Oct and today is 15 October and no response yet. If i don't get my woofer and speaker replaced without any cost i would have to take a legal action against sony and your authorised dealer. And would never ever recommed sony to anyone which I use to do when i bought this home theatre.
