Duplicate Louis Wrist Watch

Hello,

I was given a louis watch by AVA Merchandising & Jetlite Airways when i travelled with the said airlines. It was under the scratch scheme & as per the company it was of 3990. They have charged 500 Rs. from me against the redemption charges.

This watch doesnt contain any Model No., any serial no & no warranty card no.

If you can, i want you to take a necessary action against the said compnies & do the needful.
