I had placed an order on AVA Merchandising product (order# ST1486) Laptop cum Overnighter bag on Nov. 29. I have been following up since then and everytime i call up the customer service, the info. i get is the product has been despatched and on the way. In mid Dec, after my continous follow-up i got the info. that the product has been wrongly delivered and that it shall be despatched immediately. I again started my followup and till now, i have not got the product. When i called today (2nd Jan 09), i was informed that the product shall be despatched on 5th Jan. This is going on and on. I am not being provided any senior personnel contact number at AVA. I have not got one courtesy phone call from them informing the status of the product or giving the despatch details. This is the worst customer service, i have ever seen. I would strongly advice Standard Chartered Bank with whom AVA have a tieup to stop advertising along with their credit card statement.
