Non- refund of money

I got information about AVA from citibank mailer in my credit card bill. i had purchased pearl set and silver necklace from them through my credit card on 24 Sep 2008. But both the product when delivered were broken. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money as i was not satisfied with the quality. But the refund is still not done after3 months also.

Consequences Faced: I have been paying the amount to Citibank as the purchase was through Credit Card and also paid intrest on the same. I have been chasing AVA for the refund since last two months
