The company is a big cheat--not received the ordered product even after 25 days

Hi,

I ordered for a ladies handbag from AVA merchandising on 3rd of September. The order no. is 040119436. I ordered this product through my HDFC bank credit card since I get some promotional offers on my card. The co promised that I would receive the product in less than 20 days timeline but I havent received a single thing from the Co till date. This sounds too fishy for me. Please investigate this issue.
