My data card is not working since 21.09.08. Complain to the near customer care, Yelhanka. They says that they cna't help out and give me 3 p nos to conduct which is at White feild. when i check on the said nos, they promise to get the complaint correct by friday eve. But till the time, it's not working. I book the complaint on the toll free nos too, but of no use.
Am sorry to say that BSNL never fail to take the bill amt one month advance, but when a complaint is there the customer care never care for us costomers. Hope atleast this mail will help me to get this solved.
