we have purchased a plot in avas vikas colony sitapur. There is a map from avas vikas which has to be followed by everyone in colony and also take approval from avas vikas. But my neighbour cont not follow the avas vikas map and build commercial shops which are also in incroachment also. They opened a electric weliding shop in adjcent of my main entrance whose smoke and noise create a lot of mental and physical disorder in my family members. Many illegal persons stand on there shops and create inconvinience. Due to their activities we and our children can not sit in our lawn because of spark of welding. I have made a complaint in avas vikas and nagar palika since avas vikas handed over the colony to avas vikas but no action have been taken place. Because at the time of purchasing the plot there is not any provision of commercial activities in my neighbourhood as there a plan for shopping complex in the colony. So please help me so that i can get rid of the mishapenings in my neighbour or we can get the compensation of Rs. 50 lakh from avas vikas.
