Fraud done by company

DEAR ALL

This is to bring to the public notice, the fraud done by aviva company. I had my account with the ABN AMRO Bank, and with some bank charges issue, the bank suggested me to have a policy with aviva and they will waive all my charges, Since the charges amount were big and on assurance with the bank manager, I aggred to them and took the policy, I recieved with the policy papers after two months time and their charges were so high that i brought to the notice of the bank and the aviva center

But they said i had to respond on this within 15 days time, well how can i respond within 15 days when i recieved my papers 2 months after, Even my bank abn amro wasnt ready to help me on this

The yearly charges that they are charging me is 15 % of the of the no of units that i hold, so down the line irrrespective of the nav at the end of 3 years i am losing 45% of my units for no reason

When spoke to the companys representative, they are saying that they are following IRDA guidilines, well why is IRDA for is it for consumers or these greedy multinationals,

REGARDS

Is there an authority who listens to the consumers complaints and take strict action against these multinational giants
