My Policy no. KT-168066-UC was matured during the month of May On verification it is learnt that during JKul 2009 a Premium was not entered into my account. Now the said matter is Cleared
After Repeated reminder i requests nobady has taken to look into the matter. Hence i am forced to lodge this complaint
Kindly arrange to settle the account by returning my maturity value
