DELAY IN REINSTATEMENT OF THE POLICY

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE TAKEN POLICY FROM AVIVA. MY PREMIUM DUE WAS MAY'2008. I HAVE NOT GOT ANY REMINDER FROM THEM REGARDING MY PREMIUM DUE. USUALLY THEY USE TO SEND REMINDER FOR EVERY PREMIUM. BUT THIS TIME THEY HAVE FAILED TO SEND ME A REMINDER RESULTING THAT MY POLICY WAS LAPSED. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THIS THEY SAID "SORRY" & I NEED TO GO FOR REINSTATEMENT. I APPLIED FOR REINSTATEMENT & MADE PAYMENT FOR MY MAY DUE PREMIUM ALSO. BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVE DONE REINSTATEMENT OF MY POLICY & THEY HAVE REJECTED MY REQUEST DUE TO MISMATCH OF MY SIGNATURE. I HOPE INTENTIONALLY THEY ARE DOING LIKE THIS. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE & REPLY. THE MAIN FAULT IS THEY HAVE NOT REMINDER BUT THEY ARE ASKING FOR EXCUSE BUT ULTIMATELY I AM IN TROUBLE. WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR THE LOSS WHICH HAS OCCURED TO ME. REPEATED COMPLAINTS & FOLLOW UP HAS FALLEN ON THEIR DEAF EARS. I AM QUIET UPSET.
