COMPLAINT ABOOUT MY RELIAVING LETTER

Respected Sir,

My Self Girish Kumar Sisodia i joined your compony in 10th of feb and 10th june. i resigned myself i send the mail to my senior Mr. Piyush Joshi (Head of Regional Marketing) for my releving letter but till the date i don't receive. so now what i do? i have to submit my releving in axis bank ltd. for continue my job other wise i lost my job.

pls help me out into this matter.and send me my releving letter.
