Dear sir/ Madam,

As above topic we are give to bank application dated 1 Feb. for convert our account in 12500/- Monthly average balance08. After that Axis bank three times debit total charge of Rs.2921.36/- to me as a non maintenance average balance. Every time your bank debit NMAB charge. After that giving application to bank but bank give us no reply.
