Harrashment of a lady agent

I kusum lata agarwal who is a gold card holder and working approx from 19 years as a authorized agent of small savings scheme at madanganj h.o.. post office madanganj h.o. saving department continuously harrashing me by the delay in payment of my customers, non taking deposits, issue of duplicate pass books, delay in payment of deceased claim casaes. several times i complained to higher authority of postal department but no action on defaultee workers took place.
