Axis sales (PL)
Not rec. F&F settlement till date

I was working with Axis Sales team at Udaipur till 21st April'08.I was working as Sales Executive and my employee code was ASL/UDA/14755.It has been more than a year since i have left the job but have not received my F&F settlement till date. Pls let me know whom to contact for the same.
