No queue system

Dear Sir

This is to kindly inform you that, i Stay at Mhada Malavni gate no . 8, & i daily take a bus from Gaikwad nagar bus depot to Chakala, i take bus no 359, sometime 180 & also 256, but what i find is there is no queue system management at the depo, also the bus frequency of bus no 359 is irreregular, when i complaint about the queue system to the authorities, they say that the people of malavni have no civic sense,

what i want to suggest is that if a person board a bus from the middle of the road, the driver & conductor immediately stops the bus & refuse to move. why they cant do the same thing when the people at malavni depo breaks the queue. i dont understand!

i request the authority not to move the bus if anyone at the stop breaks the rule.
