MY PF CLAIM NOT SETTLED

Dear Sir,

I have been employed in the company M/s Badve Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Vide their Appointment letter No. BEPL-C/HR&A/PROB Dated 24.07.07 as accounts Officer. Due to personel reason I have withdrwan my service 9.1.2008. I have worked for 6-months. The company deducted P.F. from my salary every month both share of employer employees Rs.1038 1038= under CTC scale.

On my various representation to the company and met the company officials, there is no responsible answer as well as not even given my P.F. Number. I have already submitted my claim form duly signed and given to company official Mr. Rajagopal who is incharge. They said that they have submitted the claim to their H.O. that will come. For the last 2-years I roaming here and there. Therefore I request your goodself to intervene the matter and render justice.
