Don't fall for their advertisements! They are unethical and rude.
After asking to be cancelled they did not cancel my account, charged my credit card and claim that they have a no refund policy. They talk about the person who did not write it in their chat log! I told him that i dont want to be charged anymore more than 3 weeks before my next charge date!
when asked for the fed id # or bbb number to file a complaint, the rep said they do not have one! After i tell them i will report the answer, he tells me i will call you back. never do they call back.
i am taking them to court. it is more than my $100 for me now! i will make sure i expose their unethical practises and rude customer service
