Dear Customer Care Manager,
As per below communication I had spoken to your customer care dept. today, which they were told me the good has been dispatched, and when you receive the same pls refuse to accept the same and after that today I got a call from some body who came to deliver the product. No body was available in my home and he forcibly delivered the Consignment No : 54450097166 (indicating LCD TV) to my neighbor. The consignment is lying at there place only in intact position, and hence your urgent action is needed in this regard. I am bit surprised with your cheating methods that inspite of my cancellation email sent on 21st July you had dispatched the same consignment on 24th July.
An urgent action is required from your side in terms of refund of. Booking Order No. 110079991 & 110079992 and refund the respective payment of Rs. 17699/- & Rs. 1196/- (Both the transaction done on 16th July from my HDFC Card No. 5176 xxxx xxxx 6804.

Dear Customer Care Manager,
This is to bring in your notice that on 16th July I received call from your office that I had been selected as lucky customer for assured prize i.e Gold Box of Rs. 1.10 lacs if you purchase Samsung LCD or Samsung Camcorder. The assured prize will be either cash or Gold. If I will win cash it will be send to your address by cheque or if you win Gold you can buy it from our outlet which we will provide without any terms and conditions.
After placing the order No. 110079991 (Samsung LCD) and Gold Box 110079992 he told me I had won Gold worth Rs. 2.40 lacs and for this your criteria of purchase has been increased, which I declined instantly. After that he told me that you had won Rs. 1.20 lacs of gold which you can purchase from any of the outlets without any terms and conditions.
On 17th July I called you customer care and came to know your order status is not available, while I got the info that Gold Box is discount Vouchers of Rs. 5000/- each.
Today on 21st July I had called again your Customer care and this has been confirmed that these are Discount Vouchers of Rs. 5000/- each from Surat Diamond and Rs. 5000/- from Rebook Watches Vouchers.
Hence pls cancel My Booking Order No. 110079991 & 110079992 and refund the respective payment of Rs. 17699/- & Rs. 1196/- asap.
