His NAME is SRI UTPAL NANDI, he is working under FA & CAO's office / NF Railway Head quarter / Maligaon / ASSAM and at the same time obtained liecence from BAJAJ LIFE .
IT IS EXTREMELY SHOCKING . IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED.
