Fraud and cheated by the agent of the company

I manoj Kamble regestering the complaint for the first time. one of the agent Named: Sanjay Dhesle his mobile number: 9226734717 from bajaj alliance life insurance company. One year back this agent had sold the insurance to my sister who is not much educated. While taking the policy he had told my sister that you buy 3 policy from him and you will get Rs.1000 cheque every week. He is now saying that you have to pay the policy premiem for 3 years and then u will get you money back after 5 years other wise you will not get the money back of amount Rs.1-

The agent is now not picking up the phone and not responding. We have spoken on the toll free number the executive said that i will not get my money back. They cheated my sister by giving false comittments. The Company have done fraud to me. So please look into the matter and kindly revert me back as soon as possible on my email id or else on my mobile number 9967441858.
