Submitted the original documents fo PLI but still they are asking about the original

Hello Sir,

I am Suresh Malik C/O C-194 (D-27 old) near old post office, dabua colony, NIT Faridabad-121001, haVA A POST LIFE INSURANCE which is already matured and amount shoud be paid by 31-07.

as a part of porocedure the postal services has asked me for the original documents and i have sent them the same. However i have received a letter from head office ambala stating the i didnt send the original ones bbut the photcopy of the policy documents.

Respected sir, request you to please look in ot this matter ASAP. this is amount i very valuable to for my need. i Shall be highly obliged for you.
