Fake receipt on yearly installment leads to lapse of policy

Dear sir/mam,

am kunal kalra resident of kangra himachal pradesh, i took a policy in bajaj all. for my mother with policy no. being 0011286532 for which i was to make three installments of rs. 10, 000 per annum for 3 years for which 1st installment was made on 23/9 for rs. 10, 000 with receipt no. being 0019837544.

then i made 2nd installment on 26/10 for rs. 10, 000 with receipt no. being 000529848 as i received the receipt i thought the payment has been made but when i went to make the last installment for the year 2007 i was told your policy has lapsed as you have not made the 2nd installment.

whereas, i was given the receipt for 2nd installment...

this policy was made in dhramshala branch in himachal pradesh. on my mothers name RAMAN KUMARI.

i want a quick action to be taken in this regard as for you people this amount might be small but it stands big for me...

i want my rs. 20, 000 back anyhow i dnt want any reasons and would like to close this policy. or else i will have to file a case on this company as it was my hard earned money which stood nothing in your eyes.
