Hi,
I have cancelled Bajaj Allianz health insurance policy no. OG-08-1003-8409-00000075 2 months back. The said has been communicated via email & received confirmation saying amount of Rs.2181 has been sent. But so far I haven’t received any credits by cheque or by ECS. There is no response from grievances cell for my last 5 mails also when i called up the customer cell they are telling that amount is already credited. Can someone help me filing Consumer complaint regarding the same.
