Incomplete and Incorrect Information

Sir,

I had purchased a ULIP Policy for an executive of Standard Chartered, named Arpit Bhogani who was selling Bajaj Allianz's ULIP policy. I was never informed about the monthly charges in terms of Mortality charges, service fees, etc... In last 3 years have invested 60, 000Rs. in the fund and now my fund value stands at 22800 approx as on 23/3.I also have not received any account statement from the company in last 3 years and certain charges are included and excluded without prior notifications.

Is there any regulation to furnish details about the charges and other account information to the customer as per the IRDA? I also want a refund on my policy as the agent never furnished the true information while selling the policy to me? what can in done in the regards, kindly guide.
