Not getting of my Salary

Respected Sir,

My name is S. Haffiz Basha. I have Resigned to my job as a ASM on 13-10-09. My employ code is 18178. I had worked in Nandyal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh Branch. Till now (1 month) I didn't get my salary. When I asked the Manager he is not giving proper responce.

Please help me in getting my salary or give me Mail id, Phone Number whom I have to complaint.
