I sachin sisodia made a payment of Rs. 10, 000/- to Bajaj Allianz Life insurance Co. Ltd on 11/12 for a policy Capital Unit gain. In Mar I had to go new home on rent due to sudden selling of my old house. After change of my house I went many time to Bajaj Allianz Life Indore office for Free Look Cancelllation but they always wants my new address proof & no policy bond given to me. In Nov-07 I complaint no-CC144660 to HO, Pune for my bond which I got on 26/11/07. After it I went to Indore Office for Free Look Cancelllation but they didn`t take any action & I had to send policy to pune.
After whole process there is no activity done by Bajaj Allianz Life insurance Co. Ltd & above complaint no-cc144660 is not in their records.
Please advice me for further Leagal Action against Bajaj Allianz Life insurance Co. Ltd.
