I have purchased my car (Car NoGj-16-AA-5158) insurance from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd . on 25 th sept 08 for period 2nd Oct to 01 Oct Policy No BA4068994.i given cheque Rs.5176/- of ICICI BANK LTD On Bharuch Branch, Meanwhile on September 21 my car met with an accident, Bajaj Allianz survior survey my car's demage
Then after They said that our cheque bounced so, we can not get the claim.
For this bounced cheque nobody have communicated to us. But while we have go to lodge claim thenafter they informed, if they communicated us we could paid in cash.
Then they given a renewal notice on 1-09.THey clearly mention 'your insurance policy be expering on 01/Oct .we would be glad to have your renewal instrucion. Please approach your dealer for the renewal of the above mentioned policy to continuousy avail the offered benefits."
If you will not settle this claim within seven days. I goto the Consumer court
