Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid money Rs.10, 000/- for New Unit Gain Policy 6 months ago. I have not yet receive the Policy document from you. Now I would like to cancell my Policy. I am not intrested. I have told my request to your representative named Mrs. sudarsan patra-midnapure. He is not doing anything for me. I don't know where to give my complient.

Sir... I will be very very graceful to you, if you kindly consider my case and cancell & refund my money as early as possibile...
