Courier was dispatched by my Branch Office Moradabad by BLAZEFLASH Courier on 17.06.2010 D.C. No.: 2 for Bareilly, but till this date 24.06. I haven't received my courier. I enquired from Mr. Ravi & Mr. Omprakesh in Bareily Blazeflash Office about my courier, according to Mr. Omprakesh they have received my packet on 18th June but they dont have any manpower to deliver the same. This is so ridiculous, I have some very important papers in that but no action has been taken by Courier company so far. My mobile no was also written in the courrier but nobody take the pain to atleast give me a call and confirm me about the same.
In case i am not getting my courrier today, i am going to take this matter to Consumer Court.
Request you to pls take necessary action and resolve the same ASAP.
