Discrimination for loan

Hello,

I had applied for a Two wheeler loan (Bajaj XCD 125) from Bajaj Auto Finance for Rs.29500/- rest in down payment.

My loan got rejected just because someone in my family works for a collections process in a international call center which has nothing to do with the india recovery agency.

I sent them a mail asking for explaining and noone has replied to it.
