Dear Sir,
I Had bought one Bajaj Dry Iron which is not working since 3 months now. Its is under the Guarantee period.
I have placed complaint regarding the same with Bajaj on their call centre on 7th April The complaint no is 269566.
I was told that the complaint would be attended within 72 hours. Till date no one has attended the complaint.
I have also written mail to them in this regard but there is no revert from them.
In this rainy season now when I need the iron very frequently I am forced to buy a new iron box.
I had bought Bajaj iron as I had a good impression of their Brand. But these people are truely non professional
Please help me resolve my complaint
