I bought Bajaj pulser 150cc (No: TN20 6708). Financed by Bajaj auto finance -62 Ambi Mahal, Abiramipuram 3rd Street Alwarpet, Chennai. EMI completed on 10.02.09 itself. But still NOC not given to me.
