Dont know how to treat customers

Its abt the bajaj sai service @ andheri east amboli they r not a good serice station, the workers i.e femals sitting @ the help desk is always on her cel phone does not shoe intrest in speaking, i had given my pulsar for service it realy sucks they did not service it properly, did not top up d brake oil even after reminding them, they charged for a new signal light when they did not change any signal light . the manager sadanand if u go to him wit a complain he try's to ignore ' they alwasys call customers early when d bike is not ready & make customers wait, not only me many of my frinds have felt d same, customers who dont have much knoweledge of bikes machs fool them to get rid of them . i have send a mail to bajaj abt his but no reply
