Bajaj Ultima 900mm ceiling fan

I had purchased the above mentioned fan from your dealer

M.s Kataria G.V.B, Kalwe on 12.06.2009 wide guarantee card no. 0707439 sr. number of the product 832, the fan does not work properly due to bearing problem. made a complaint with the dealer who in tunrn a complaint with your customer care and given us the complaint number.

I hereby request you to send your representative and rectify the same at the earliest and oblige.
