Service center missbehaved and charge money in underwarrenty

Sir,

i have purchased a bike bajaj XCD125 from the dealer named M/S BANSAL BAJAJ in JIND DISTT. of HARYANA. i am puschased it on 30/01/08 and its engine no is jambpj63180 with chasis no MD2DSJBZZPWJ11949. I have visited service center on13 of march for first service. on that day i havn't got my bike completely seviced. the person ask me to come again on monday. then i visit again on monday dt 17th of march 08 again that person ask me that there is some problem with fuel tank rubber and the speedometer, so you come on tuesday for further assistance. i told him that i can't come again then he ask me that if you wanna you bike ok then you have to come. then next day i again visit the service center macanic check my bike and ask there is problem with speedometer wire, he ask that you have to pay for that if you wanna change and then i ask him that i will not pay him for wire because my bike is just 1month old and it is in underwarrenty then he misbehaved with me and he charge rs 150 from me and hasn't gave me any reciept and still my fuel tank rubber is pending. he has call me again after a week. if this is way to care a valuable customer then there is no self respect for the people. if these type of dealer will bajaj gave to the market then bajaj will loose its prestige. i am old customer of bajaj and i like all the products. still i have two more bike of bajaj boxer and a scooter. i hope you can undrstand my problem and gave me good solution
