we registered a complain (no.cr-12293 at 3-9) before 2 two days... for gear shifting problem from the very first day of purchase, we showed the vehicle at (SHIVA BAJAJ SERVICE STATION) where the service manager stated that the problem will be removed after first service. but after the first service he told that the vehicle has moved only (1000 km) and the problem will automatically be remove after (2500 km) or second service... but now the problem is that our vehicle has already moved (4900 km) this is a 100% manufacturing fault why should the customer bare it... till date we haven't got any response from the service center which is highly disappointing. My bike is standing at your dealer workshop from last three days, we are suffering from our work without the bike if u are not serious about removing the problem. we purchase a new bike of some other company... and send u the bill copy of the same so plz consider it and replace our vehicle as we are not interested in driving the company manufacturing defected vehicel.plz take some serious action within 24 hrs or we will have to take some legal action against the company n dealer.
