Cheque not credited

I have deposited a cheque in hdfc bank cd block branch on 27th of april and got acknowledgement from them, cheque has been cleared from drawer a/c on 29th april but not credited in my a/c. on 2nd may i have made a complaint for the same, reply not received. again lodge a complaint on 12th may reply not received, call to them on today 21st may they said that their clearing dept said that no such chq received . i am help less pl suggest
