Very disappointer with product as well as support service, this can be said as purchase of SAMSUNG product is simply a headache is how I been told from your service support
Service support team include Call logging, installation, demo, Deal point
Here will thinking of getting a positive reply I will make to know with in 6 days I might have spoken to more than 21 people to get the issue solved but is very sorry to tell you to that till today we have to suggest and them
We expected the news papers never lies but it was already happen in this case.
Problem: split Air conduction is not working
Need: To be changed the entire product as soon as possible or give my money back with interest
