Outgoing calls are not going from Airtel mobile phone

I am an Airtel prepaid mobile phone customer for the last two years. My mobile number is 9895719946 of Airtel Kerala State in India. My account validity is up to 09th August and have sufficient balance for making calls.

I am residing at Thiruvananthapuram. On 10th February I went to Kalpakkam in Tamilnadu for attending some urgent personal matters with my above mentioned Airtel mobile phone for making urgent calls / receiving calls. When I have entered in Tamilnadu circle it is found that I cannot send any outgoing calls to anybody in Tamilnadu or Kerala or any other part of India. (No outgoing STD/Local calls are allowed). On 11th I have contacted an Airtel customer service centre at Kalpakkom and reported the complaint. After verifying the complaint they informed that since I am a Kerala region customer, activation for outgoing calls are to be made from Airtel Kerala customer service centre and I have to contact them with another Kerala sim card for requesting activation from Kerala customer centre. In an outsation where all are using Tanilnadu simcard, how can I find out a Kerala simcard user? Hence on 12th Feb using a BSNL land phone have informed the matter to one of my friend at Trivandrum and he has reported the complaint on behalf of me with Airtel Trivandrum Customer centre and they informed my friend that before the evening they will activate the outgoins service. But unfotunately nothing has happend. On 15th I have sent a written complaint to the Manager, Airtel customer service centre at Vashuthacaud, Trivandrum stating the above facts and I have informed that I can not make any outgoing calls from outsationg where I am temporarly staying and explained all the difficulties I was facing at outstation, being an Aiterel cutomer. But nothing is happend till I have returned fron Timilnadu on to-day (ie 24-02). Mean while several times I have tried to contact through BSNL land phone to Kerala customer care number 9895198951, where I was getting only a computer recorded reply regarding your product/service. I am ashamed of using your Airtel simcard which is not at all useful for nothing while we are on outstation for urgent matters.

What your bludy customer service personnel are doing. Is it the you are treating your actual customers? In need of urgencies, what type of service you are providing to your customer? Now I am ashamed of holding your connection which is not at all usfull while on emergencies. Your people could have atleast make a call and enquire about the actual problem I was facing during those days since incoming calls are getiing and all your buddy business oriented sms are getting frequently while on outstation. Now I am asking you whether I have to continue with your buddy useless connection while on emergencies, or I have to go for a better connection like BSNL / other agencies. I am expecting an early reply from you and also I what to know what type of actions you have taken against the buddy customer service personnels at your Kerala region regarding the above complaints I have actually reported and the difficulties I have faced during my stay at outstation from 10th to 24th February.
