Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Ramneek Vats, R/o Flat # 812, Imp. Block, Supertech Estate, Sec-9, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, U.P. was using Reliance Mobile No- 9311171871. My mobile was stolen on 23rd july’s night. I came to know about this on 24th july’s morning.
I intimated reliance customer care thru my service request no- 70776647 on dated 24/08/08 at 08:46 HRS. There I requested them to kindly stop my services with immediate effect and also kindly discontinue/ deactivate my number.
At the same point of time I requested them to kindly send me a full and final bill so that I can make the payment and settle the account for once and all. I requested them to adjust my security amount, if any, with in the same bill.
Nothing has happened in that case since then. On the contrary, I am continuously receiving bills every month and the amount in total amount payable column is increasing every time.
I again enquired about the development on this issue thru my service request number 73570089 on dated 7/8/08. Your executive gave me assurance to get the issue resolved with in next 72 working hours. But even nothing happened so far………
I receive various calls from people, claiming that they are employee of Reliance, to pay my outstanding amount. I always ask them to send me a full and final bill enabling me to make the full and final payment. Even nothing happened so far here too……
It seems that no one in reliance cares about genuine customers. It seems that reliance is trying to make money by harassing customers like me by sending bills every month at an increased amount.
May I request again to kindly send me a full and final bill for the period ending on 24th July along with the security adjusted in it???
On the receipt of this full and final bill, I shall be able to make payment and clear my dues. Please make sure that the billing cycle should last on 24th july or at maximum of the july billing cycle.
Please do the needful at the earliest. Kindly also make sure that I won’t receive further bills other than full and final statement.
