Unauthrized charges on paper printing along with very rude behavior with custome

I went to this shop on 22nd June . i asked for the charges of color print out. concerned person asked me to pay 5 rupees per page. i was ready with this deal. then he took out 130 pages .when i asked for the whole amount, he asked me to pay 10 rupees per page.that was exactly double of the deal.when i refused to pay this amount.then he forced me to pay all the amount.

i want you to please take some action against this shop & shop keeper.
