Parcel has not reached in the destination

I had sent a courier vai balzeflash courier pvt. ltd. on 19/11 at your Nimapara Branch, a sub branch of Sahidnagar Branch, Bhubaneswar (Orissa) at the address:-

The courier was taking some original certificates and hospital prescription and bills. But it has not reached the destination yet i.e. 22/11 (10 am). Your authorised agent at Nimapara branch told me to deliver the parcel within 48 hours. though 72 hours has already passed, till time the parcel has not delivered at the destination.

Therefore, i would like to request you kindly confirm me about the status the parcel by mail.
