I was worked with ICICI bank (Gopinath & Sharma Auditor Group) from 08-03 to 13-07. Four months back i received a cheque from PF office Chennai. I have colsed the account (Which was mentioned in the cheque 613201204906). I sent a covering letter along with the cheque to PF office Chennai branch to reissue the cheque. I didn't receive my cheque till now. I didn't get any response. Please reissue the cheque by quoting the following details.
